After getting advice from the app developer, Korg support and Bonners Music, I have resolved the issue by creating a midi preset which switches off all output channel except channel one. I’ve also unticked local control.
The issue was created because the app was seeing duplicates of each note press.

I use Playground Sessions (PS) as an online piano/music teacher. I have used it before with various Yamaha and Kurzweil keyboards with no problems. The Korg connection to the PS app is causing issues as keyboard note presses are not captured correctly causing the app to see the notes as early or ...

Has anyone found a simple way of reducing style volume which seems to drown out the melody volume? The only way I have found to the right volume balance is to individually adjust each style channel.
