heres a guess i may be very wrong, havent tried this... but i have just turned up some information that may be usefull anyway panning. the EMX is basicaly mono (or so im told) the stereo is only in effects and panning... thus im thinking a combination of panning some tracks left, others right and ...

yeah i find cubase is more geared towards a home recording studio type of environment

whereas ableton seems very much geared towards using hardware plugins and DJ

im no pro but i have both programmes and that is how i look at their uses

hmm, "general synths" comes across as more "synths that aren't korg" in the forum description and although i havent checked out the general music forum it doesnt seem to be what im talking about: more "korg family" meets general advice and discussion your the mods but after all, it couldn't hurt
