nano knobs? WTB - dead nano

I want to get a set of nanokontrol knobs to use on my LPD8, since the Akai ones suck.

Anyone know where to get these or a contact for korg or anything?

Anyone want to sell me their busted nanokontrol? Just send the knobs please!

post or PM thanx.

But...does it have aftertouch? ;) I, for one, would like to see a SonicCell-sized version of the Triton with all of the Triton engine multisamples and factory sounds ever devised (including all of the expansions)...plus the real Triton's effects (5 inserts). It would need to have a software editor ...

arps not working in VST w/ live?

title says it all. even though arps are turned on, they won't trigger when using the VST inside of ableton live.

did i miss a setting somewhere?

interesting... i would have assumed the differences would be in addressing the front panel. did it go any deeper than that? if so i wonder what the decision on that was.

heh i've used much the same myself.. about to restore another poly 800, I'll pick pick up an ex8000 to replace my DW sooner or later. The X is a must have. I think though I am going to pair it with a virus rather than a Radias though .. the sound fits better with my over all sound than the Radias ...

I"m assuming you've been using more presets than building your own patches? but, why not consider a muse recptor? or one of the new VSTi boxes that came out at messe when they are avaible? if you rely heavily on tweaked presets, that'd be the best soloution if you are just trying to get rid of a PC ...

e.g. Roland released sh101 in 2005, but it's stripped down sh32 (a lot!) IMHO!!! I mean WTF? Who's gonna by Sh101? It's so limited!!! I want an Sh31 though... (for the supersaws, it's very cheap, so why not??) and sh32 is a budget jp8080, lol... . You mean sh201? The sh201 is based off of the ...

obviously i'm a little late here ..

but my two cents is that I would have gone for the radias, thought about upgrading the Le to a micro x / x50 and looked at a couple of controllers for live, along with a drum pad controller.

you're right, my bad.

typically I keep one synth channel to the EM1 for setting up quick grooves and basslines.. hence why I said one channel.

Id rather not get an EMX1, i'd be spending all that money just to use the sequencer. if I was serious about it, I'd just get a used / cheaper rmx1

you can use the emx1 as a sound module if you want. the main advantage is being able to label the clips in abletom with words rather than the numbers on the EMX1. also you dont have to change patterns on the emx1 either. live with also insert patch changes for you too if you want to switch synth ...
