I would choose a rack version if the editor/plugin was effective.

As it is, I wouldn't want to sit in front of the rack to do everything for that amount of time.

Well we have way too much weather in south Florida to expect electricity to be reliable 100% of the time. Weather, and idiots with backhoes.

I would never use a keyboard like the K without a battery backup. It's a computer, after all. that's just asking for data loss and possible drive corruption.

*edit: well, ok - that first day I got it and just had to play with it right now.

Mount it on a mic stand next to the K and use AC-7 Core to control the DAW.

I saved the picture you set as my avatar to my desktop, and I get that same error when I try to set that jpg as my avatar.

Same error with IE 9.

edit: Same error in Firefox.

Huh, so maybe it doesn't like Chrome? A link failed as well with the same error. I'll try another browser.

I shrunk it to 65px or less in both x and y, the file size is less than 15k, and each time I try either a jpg, png, or gif it tells me: The avatar filetype must be .jpg, .gif or .png

Well honestly, I can laugh about it because I find it easy to forgive them for a half-baked pc portion because the keyboard is so freakin powerful. Plus, the combo of futuristic hyper-keyboard plus retro computer suckage appeals to my sense of irony.

This just caused me to completely lose interest in the plugin. Kinda funny, really. But then I do have a sick sense of humor. Still love my keyboard. But is it integrated? Hells no. My Virus TI is laughing at my Kronos. There will be no K software on my pc (I use the windows default drivers for midi ...

I maintain my opinion that mod-7 is my favorite engine. Fantastic sounds! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
