I don't know if there's any similarity, but I posted a thread regarding sending program changes in Setlist from an iPad. Seems there's def something wonky with PC messages and Setlist. I haven't gotten any responses yet. If I get any info that might be helpful I'll gladly pass it on to you.

I have the same trouble with the CD drive. If you can format the CD as UDF with your computer first, it will work. Long time ago I bought a SCSI to Firewire adaptor.
