Does one have to upgrade the OS system for those with early op systems in order for the Nanopad 2 to be plug and play?

I did say "Green Horn" didn't I? Surprisingly and in spite of my lack of experience with keyboards, I am making some music that is blowing my mind with the Kronos!

Embarrassingly, it was an intentional, single, rather loud horn note that sounded every few bars in the combi I was working on.

Green horn hearing a honking sound while editing combis.

Hi, I am busy editing Combis. I keep hearing a single short note honking sound (same pitch/tone/duration) on occasion on some of the patches I am editing. I have yet to upgrade the op system .... could this elevate the issue? Using 1. something now.

thanks in advance

Thanks Qui, you are very helpful as you often are. My present issue is that one of the Karma scenes for a combi patch I am editing is perfect except for a muddy sounding bass riff that sounds great in the other Karma scenes. I don't need to change the karma parameters but instead need to address the ...

Green Horn trying to edit Karma Scenes.

I am busy editing Combi patches but can't seem to figure out how to edit the 8 Karma scenes allocated to each patch. All changes in instrumentation seem to occur across the board. Help with this would be appreciated. The quick start manual that was provided with my Kronos is not cutting it. I need a ...

Why is there such volume differences between patches?

Hi, I am sorting though the various patches and combis sometimes late into the night on my Kronos 61 and am waking up the neighborhood when I forget to put the volume down to zero and work up from there when selecting a new sound. Why are there such disparities in volume between patches?

Wow! I can't get over how good my Kronos sounds. This is sonic therapy of the highest degree. Just what the Dr. ordered. I purchased a Yamaha HS8S subwoofer to use with a pair of Equator D5 monitors. It look like it will arrive today via UPS. It is going to be great fun working with the lower ...
