Hi Busch. Yes, all the Kronos pianos sound good here. Always very thorough on your tests. Nice reharm on Nowhere Man btw. 8) I've definitely moved on from the Nord pianos after using them for over 3 years straight. When I played them at NAMM after an 8 month break, they sounded harsh and too bright ...

Volume control on splits
Regarding the piano/bass splits from soundpack 2- Is it possible to control the balance or volume between the piano & bass from the control panel of the keyboard without the editor?

About 5 weeks ago my friend and I swapped keyboards for a Sunday evening gig. He wanted to check out my CP5 and though I'd played the K88 at least a half dozen times at the GC, playing with bass & drums on a gig is a totally different animal. So for me it was definitely "inquiring minds want to know ...

Re: Bosendorfer Pianos
I just went to a large piano store to help a friend purchase a piano. Whilst there, I couldn't help but notice their Bosendorfer pianos. I tried the Imperial 290 ($211,000)... and I sure wish I didn't. No piano in the world even comes close :( I could have played that piano all day and found it ...

A&H Zed10FX to an RCF 722A. I tried the 722A right before I spent the dough on a pair of the RCF TT22As. The 722 sounded very good but a still a bit "honky" sounding in the horn for my taste on my Yamaha CP5. My vocal sounded excellent though. I'd brought along one of the smaller TT08As to A/B to ...

I bought the Yamaha P120 when it first came out around 2001. Used it on hundreds of gigs in almost 9 years. Worked like a champ. I too started getting sticking keys around the end of 2009. Contacted Yamaha, gave them my serial # and yes I was eligible for a brand new keybed. It cost me $75 for the ...

RH3 is designed in italy by fatar I don't think so. RH3 is Korg's own key action. The way it was explained to me by someone who has been in the Acoustic piano biz for along time, but also has been selling Digital pianos since the early '90s, is ---The RH3 keybed action was originally designed and ...

Now this is what pisses me off about korg these days, quality issues are going more and more down the tube, especially build quality witch in the long run leads to reliability issues. Stuff like this shouldn't leave the factory, i really don't understand how they test a keyboard ans a keybed on QC ...
