that's a good idea. i work at a computer lab, so i just sit around on the internet while i work. i could scour the net for guys that make staggering synth beats that are full of cord changes and sampled love songs. any suggestions on forums? i will start with google, but maybe you have some 'insider ...

i've noticed problems with the gain a few times. an example: i will resample a loop at max input for some distortion, and it will play back at +12 db after i sample it for some reason. then i lower the volume, and it's real quiet, not meshing with the other loops, so i resample it again, trying to ...

i have the same problem:
tempo is synced (tap tempo changes the slaves')
channels are synced (can play slaves' synths)
but the start/stop does not initiate anything... real lame.

emailed korg bros abt it, but no answer yet (probably cause of seasonal stuffs).

similar question: a lot of times i will mix in my headphones, and it sounds sweet (they are good headphones, but maybe my ear is just not listening for the right things), then i take the songs to a 'live' setting, and some are missing bass freqs, or sometimes the snares are really high and piercing ...
