those sounds are definitely better then the sounds that came with the kronos.

but the samples exist somewhere at korg, and should be readable by the kronos, and since i no longer have a triton to sample, the next best thing is to ask korg for them.

the sound you want isn't always in the factory set, the kronos has all the tools to make the sounds you want, do you have patience to find how to program those sounds?

i'm 48, and i need glasses to program the kronos, but not to gig with it, it would be nice to have some kind of zoom, or font size controll though.

the only board i miss is the triton with the moss board.

remember to practice slow and loud.

you guys are missing it, you can't compare the kronos to a real piano, a real piano can only be duplicated by a real and physical piano, there is no substitute, and you'll need a 9' piano to sound the best. the kronos represents the recorded piano sounds you hear in the recorded music of history ...

your about three months late to the kronos party, all you had to say is "this board is a monster", cause it is, and i knew that three months ago, i just cant read a post that big, sorry.

sell the Z1, and get the kronos, the Z1 isn't even remotely close to the kronos, your not losing anything, and you wont regret it.

don't worry, the kronos has an editor built right in, and a great screen to see it on.

I bet the kronos sounded better.

you probably messed with yours and change a few things to make it sound different, so who cares? they all sound great.
