How do you listen to your M50 when you play a song from the internal sequencer? The quality of recording tracks onto your computer depends on the interface and cables used. Really thin cheap ass cables can make the sound flat. Also cheap AD converters may not be the best also, which is bad for the ...

You can copy measures 1 to 8 from all tracks and paste it. But how I work, I start a song with 16 bars for example. Then I copy that into a new song like it's a pattern and add instruments or change something and so on. I name the songs so I know song 1 is an intro, 2 is main 1, 3 is chorus and 4 is ...

With a Korg M50 the machine itself is a DAW. A pc can't play sng files the same way the M50 does. You should connect the audio jacks to the line input on your computer and record the track. Then save it to wav or MP3 and then you can listen to it anywhere. I use Wavepad. That's free software (for ...

Onkyo makes good products :) But those cheap (89 dollars in your link) monitors could never be flat or noiseless, reach the entire frequency spectrum a human can hear (or feel). Professional studio's therefore have a special acoustic room with superb monitors (1 set or more) to master a track or an ...

The M-Audio looks like very cheap speakers with a low budget amp. I can imagine that the sound is much better on your onkyo system. I've hooked up my M50 with a bunch of other synths to a mixer which is connected to a Pioneer hifi amplifier with Wharfedale speakers. I also have an active subwoofer ...

Hi! On the effects edit page, you can assign sw1 or 2 to the wet/dry src setting. There are phaser/flanger effects to perform the sound you describe. I have a verry Jean Michel Jarrish sound of a string ensemble with a phaser effect. Try some of them and select some presets. You can read more in the ...
