Also, I have needed to edit all of the organ voices. To my ear I needed to eliminate vibrato, turn off any Leslie effect from the Korg and Minimize the drive effects.

I do not think you can do that with the SV1. See the posts on the neoinstruments ventilator. Check out Ashby Solutions and talk to Bruce. He can set up your ventilator to work in stereo and you can bypass the Leslie effect when not using organ voices.

When not playing organ voices you switch on bypass setting and the Leslie effects go away.

I used the Ventilator for the first time at practice this week. It makes a huge improvement to the organ sounds. The Leslie effect on the Sv1 is very weak. IMO.

Have you tried downloading the new operating system? I know that before I downloaded it my SV1 would not start up all the time when it was turned on.

Sv1 Organ Sounds

A lot has been written about the Sv1 organ sounds being weak. Just wondering whether people on the forum think the sound pack 1 or 2 is better for the organ selections?

Neo instrument ventilator

Has anyone out there with an sv1 used the Neo instrument ventilator? It has only a mono imput and a stereo output. Do I set it up with the left output only and the run two cords from the unit into the amp? The dealer didn't seem to know and the website is in German!

Can anyone recommend a case

Ther rolling case for the SV1 is very expensive. How is he soft bag with wheels? Does it hold the instrument securely? If not can anyone recommend a hard case with rollers other than the Korg?

Software confusion

My sv1 is only a week old. I am very confused about software and the editor. I have read most of the posts and still have questions. 1. What software should be loaded onto the keyboard even if you are not going to use the editor right away? And in what order? 2. What software is specific for the ...

I was wondering if the grand piano voice is the hardest sound to get right. Will a stage pas or an amp be better for true piano sounds?
