Just upgraded my Kronos (88 key) to 3.1.2 today. All working OK except that in SEQ mode, loading a factory template song such as P02 R&B loads some incorrect Programs into some of the MIDI tracks. Drums just don't sound good with Carillion Program ;-) I am pre-loading Preload.KSC in Global settings ...

According to this list of compatible keyboards from their website the desk drawer does not fit any of the Kronos keyboards? Possibly because of the height or weight?

My local dealer has advertised K88 and K88X since their launch but just checked and now no mention of them on their website? Still have 61 and 73 versions though at present.

You didn't state by which device your kronos was connected in order that the signal has become "balanced" since the K doesn't have balanced outs. You mentioned balanced cable so, I assumed you were connecting the K to another device such as a D.I. or un-balanced to balanced line driver, etc device ...

Try the korg tutorial videos that come with the keyboard, or on you tube, or the korg website. They are a good introduction to the basic features.
