It was the Australian grand that I tried not the Berlin. I have not actually heard the Berlin yet. I am on the Korg site and SanderXpander suggested I get the Kronos 2 Sound pack. I don't see that available I just see the NEW Kronos Sound pack which I am assuming is the same. However it does have ...

Thanks for the help and suggestions. I did play the Australian grand at namm 2 years ago, when Rich let me try the demo before it was released. I gotta say I was very impressed, and never heard any bad tuning. It sounded really solid to me, but have not played it since. I will tonight check out some ...

It has been a bit since I posted here but looking for sounds
I have the original Kronos never done updates, song bank, have not moded it. I am sure by now Kronos or others have released tons of really awesome sounds for this baby. So being that mine is original, and I still don't want to mod it to add bigger HD and all that. What is some of the best free and ...

If I get the new os, I can use the multicolor in the Preload set list, and If I want legendary strings or the Dream Piano by Qui Robins than I need to update the os so they can access these sounds. I got no other alternative? After hearing the Dream Piano I wanted them, that is why I was finally ...

My Original Kronos upgarding sugestions
Was at the NAMM saw the new Kronos, personally I like the look of my original one. But there was some really awesome upgrades done to the new operating system I really dug. I like the optional colors for your presets. I really enjoyed the new Berlin sounds, and Australian grand. My Kronos still has ...

No I did not check the input gain, but that has never caused any additional noises, as far as I am aware. And I only use the German Grand with the settings saved. And each time I play the hiss will either be louder or quieter when letting notes ring out. I can't figure it out but it keeps doing it ...

well it's still doing it, seams to come and go every time I turn off and back on the kronos. Some time I can set it to -20 db and the lasting noise goes away. Others have it set to -45db and its still there. So there has to be something else that is causing this in the kronos. Anyone else test this ...

Ahh thank you, I had mine set to -10db and I just put it at -45 DB and it got quiet enough to where I am satisfied. I can still hear the FAINTEST of hiss but at least I can finish this piece I am working on. Thanks again I am just guessing my original Kornos run a bit hotter than the X oh well thx ...

It is some no name stand, Just the black metal with adjustable height and tilt that sits behind my piano. Thing is the 3 metal feet are under the piano, and one of the legs come out through my pedals. It is NOT a big issues just more of a annoyance. Was not sure if anyone made some sort of clamp ...

I made a thread about this a long time ago and got no answers. But the new piece I am writing is causing this to happen even more now. This happens the most when you are plugged direct in with headphones. Go test this out see what you get please. Turn volume up all the way, hold your damper down and ...

ISO Music stand atachment for the Kronos 88
Seeing if anyone know of any good music stand attachments for the Kornos. I currently have my music stand behind the kronos and it works just fine, but I think id rather have one that attaches to the Kronos so I wont have the metal for the stand getting in the way of my foot pedals. So if anyone ...
