Long boot up time being the main one. If that really is an issue, make sure you have a back-up UPS system in your power line. It seems pretty simple to me. And if the power is going to go down long enough to effect the keys, then the whole show is on break. Go for a beer! A UPS would certainly help ...

Very good!

Was a bit confused though - looking at the thread title I thought it was going to be a video of someone fitting a new super-quiet high flow fan with a weird product name...

In theory FAT32 supports drives up to 2TB. Hard to say exactly why Partition Magic would refuse to format past 200GB but it could be a BIOS issue as many older BIOSes did have limitations like that. If it's a recent BIOS I'd have thought that's less likely. Also, I can't remember for sure without ...

I keep saying that the existing copy protection is already adequate - it's very hard to copy something that hasn't been released! On a similar note, when one of our customers had his machine crashed by the anti-virus software he was using, I pointed out that it had done an outstanding job as the ...

Didn't have a problem with my K61 until last night. I left it switched on while I went off to do something else and when I returned it was back to the default set list screen which wasn't where I left it, so I can only assume it rebooted itself while I was away. That's the first time I've known it ...

One advantage is the HDMI output. I can plug it into the 40" TV. No trouble reading it then as my K61 is currently facing the TV. But don't you find the tablet's a bit less portable with a 40" TV attached to it? Must play havoc with the battery life too. :-k Come to think of it, my big screen TV's ...

Given the Kronos PDFs are quite large, has anyone had any experience reading the Kronos' manual on a Kindle, Kobo or Sony e-Reader? Not sure about the new Kindle but the previous one's probably not ideal. The screen's a bit small, greyscale only and while the PDF viewers I tried did work, none of ...

Best place to buy from might well depend on where in the world you are, so unless I missed something a location would be useful! There is certainly a difference between the keyboards on the 61 key version and the others, with the 61 being a lighter, more "synth-like" action whereas the others are ...

I'm going for the fix. Because the cutoff problem is too anoying. If it is a RH2 fix for this moment, so be it. I am glad is it will be solved. I asume that if there in the end is a sollution for the RH3, I will be offered that sollution also. At least that is what I will demand, because I have ...

Good call.. since they have it completely open, most likely it would only be the price of the memory. You'd hope so. Then again, when the nearly new chain snapped on my BMW motorcycle and they had to replace it under warranty, I said I didn't want another standard one as by then it was well known ...
