I think Kronos will be my last major purchase.

I think Kronos will be my last major purchase. Well according to the ..WIFE ... anyway
While we sat and ate supper this evening,the subject of Ipads came up, and I hinted that Iwouldn't mind having one.
Her reply... Look you... you can go in the basement and play your Kronos for the next Forty years
My Reply... Well it's probably gonna take that long to figure it all out anyway
We both laughed :lol:
I'm so glad I have a Kronos :D

I'm so glad I have a Kronos :D
I have the same feeling, however I'm sure Korg will make another 'wanting' instrument ... however since it is only a hobby I skip once in a while a model.

If I had a pound, dollar or euro for everytime i've told my wife 'honest, it is my last major purchase' I would be a very rich man !

Yes thats what Isaid when I got my X5DR. My God, I'll never need more sounds than this!!!
Since then I bought a nord stage a receptor, a motif,Kronos and so on :lol:

In twenty years people even the Kronos will be an ancient synth with too less power and too less features.

Machines with chips inside mostly are not a good long term investment (so enjoy it as much as possible until it becomes obsolete).
