starting from scratch.

I am trying to create a combi from scratch.

I get a piano on track 1, guitar on track 2. I go to put strings on track 2 and do it the same way, but I don't hear anything.

The keyboard in the store (I tried several stores) was not near as good as the one I actually got when I bought it. I think they listened to complaints and improved it. The ones in the store were noisy. If you turned the sound down, you could hear the keyboard clicking. They one I bought does not ...

I have recently purchased both Krome and Moxf8. It seems to me the big difference is the interface. the MOXF8 has some handy buttons/ nobs. the octive and trospose up/down buttons are nice. the eq knobs are nice. you can also push a button and use the nobs to control the relative balance of the ...

I want to transpose down by an octive some of the voices in some combis. It seems to only allow me to do this when they are on one of the first two tracks. Am I missing something?

I understand the Krome doesn't have a favorites feature. What is the best work around. I want one button access to a handful of sounds.

can you recommend a free and easy to use one?

I lead worship at my very small church. I found a midi file of a hymn I want to do. I want it to repeat 4 times. I can hit the "start over" button on the keyboard, but I would like it to loop automatically.

I'd like to be able to loop a midi file until stopped.

Can anyone recommend some software to duplicate a midi file so it repeats, say, three times?

i think the big difference in the yamaha 9XX you an hook up a mic and harmonize with yourself.

I'd get the non qt version. who needs quarter tones?

I bought the qt only because that the was the only one the store I was in had in stock. I never use those features.
