Actually, I think the MicroArranger (MA) is shorthand version of the KORG PA50SD. All the features are very very same. The different may be just in the output. PA50SD has more powerful output, while Micro has softer output. But the advantage of MA, it's very handy to bring it to anywhere. So my ...

woowww, it's very rare problem. I agree, there is no such virus, since KORG use its special OS that's maybe didn't use by the other. So it's just very small probability to get virus on that OS. my it's happen just bcuz there are some incorrect set up in the global menu.

I think you can do the such method if you're using a pc/laptop as your drum module. Cuz by using DAW software in laptop, you can set one midi channel to play more than one instrument or same instrument played more than one midi channel.
