INteresting idea. How would you command the Kronos, via USB MIDI?

Hi

You just have to hookup to your Kronos a USB DVD drive with the restore DVD inside. Then you boot the Kronos and follow the instructions.
If you don't have an USB DVD drive you can't do the restore.

Well, if you mean setting the USB audio input to off, that didn't work for me. No audio at all from the IPad

Indeed it works that way. Once you connect the Camera kit you have MIDI OUT from the Kronos and Audio in from the IPad.
That's fine with me but someone may prefer to get audio from the IPad directly without going through the Kronos

I simply reinstall from the DVD and update to v2.11.
It worked flawlessly et it even seems slightly faster now.
The SSD is recognized as a 120Gb.
I think what you can't do is a simple copy of the files from one drive to another.
