When adjusting the graphic equalizer (the item when first starting up the machine on the playlist). I get static from my speaker if I turn the way sections up. Wondering if this is a software of hardware issue. Does this make any sense??

Update! My sustain pedal will not work at all now. This tells me that more than likely it is the pedal that went bad as I normally don't unplug it from the back of the keyboard. I went and ordered a DS1H sustain pedal and am expecting it in a few days. I'll let you know what the outcome is.

most times when playing, the sustain pedal will work as it's supposed to. Other times, the sustain pedal will just stop and no matter how many times I push it, the note will not sustain. Any ideas on what might be causing this? Do people recommend a Korg brand pedal instead of a generic one?

I'm in the US and am looking for a case for my Korg Kronos 73. I've seen this topic discussed numerous times, but can't seem to find a definitive answer. I had the same issue when formatting the USB as FAT32 in my PC. Kronos kept saying it couldn't find the install file. Formatted as FAT32 in my Kronos and everything worked like a charm!

Got it sorted out. The Kronos is a bit picky about formatting the drive with a PC. Stuck the USB and formatted it with the Kronos and popped the files back on and now updated fine.

Downloaded the update and popped it on a Fat32 thumb drive. I made sure that I didn't include the main folder and only the sub folders and files. Popped it into the Kronos and tried updating system software but keep getting an error stating Update error. The system update was not successful. What am ...

I bought my Korg Kronos from them about a year ago. Great service and got it in about 2 days. I only live one state away from them, but very happy with them.

Make sure you have the latest midi drivers loaded into your PC for the Korg kronos.
