Hello again,
Sorry to come back to this sampling issue once again.
Do the sampling restrictions apply on freebies?
For example Embertone strings lite?
Or, as it is free, is it supposed that we can do what we want with it?
Cheers

Do you guys know if it is possible to work as constant velocity on the Kronos?
I want to record some sounds and I want them to have exactly the same audio levels.

Integration of Eventide h9 into my kronos

Hello,
I would like to integrate my new eventide h9 into my Kronos.
I was thinking to create a loop Kronos out into Eventide In, Eventide out into Kronos In and then connect the kronos via the computer via USB with Asio4ALL driver.
Do you think it is possible?
Cheers

Help Setup Kronos/Audio Interface midi input

Hello, I have a korg kronos that I use with my audio interface focusrite forte (double jack connection), the forte itself connected via USB to my computer. The issue is that with this setup I have the feeling that cubase doesn't detect the kronos as a Midi keyboard. (maybe because there is the audio ...

software for Kronos / Izotope Iris

Hello , I am looking for a good software to create samples instruments with some good mastering/mixing tools as well. I saw that Iris is very good for creating samples. However it's not possible to export the wav files directly and it should be used as a pluggin of another software from the list ...

Can't you just use a XML file that does away with the need to hard code the data into your software? Something that any end user can manually write if they want to add to the sound library, or replace it with their own content ? Hum ... I mean, if the ends user wants to use his own library, xml or ...

Sharp, The samples (.wav or .ogg files) are packed in basic folders. The only issue with what you are proposing is : 3: Your software must support the ability to work with any sound library. This leads to a phenomenal amount of additional work ;) If I offer free download of the sounds used in ...

Hello Timo, I have one ipad at home and that's all ... Well, I don't imagine myself working with this keyboard and the touchscreen is convenient only because the ipad's size is very little. Why is it written : You are free: To sample, mash-up, or otherwise creatively transform this work for commercial or noncommercial purposes. then? What about : IOWA samples : http://theremin.music.uiowa.edu/MIS.html? LSO samples (mp3) : http://www.philharmonia.co.uk/explore/make_music? DSK (not ...

It's interesting. I guess it really depends of one's needs. For me, a touchscreen tablet will never replace a monitor. And for touchscreen monitors, well, I guess it should be very tiring for the arms after some hours. Moreover, I still can't see any improvment for touchscreen ergonomy. Buy a nice ...
