Absolutely! There's a reason cats or other animals stay with us or leave while we are playing. It's because they are extremely sensitive to loud noises or certain frequencies. So while smooth instruments and average levels of sound makes them stay and enjoy, agressive instruments or loud sounds ...

I Also have two cats. Two girls: one yellow (Persian), and the other black and white.

Maybe music people like cats ? Or maybe cats like to hear us playing ?....

It is a curious relationship...

I never thought of making a music dedicated to my cats ! :D

Hi, lonelagranger Of course I accept your apologies. Be in peace. I am indeed trying to share a very real problem that I have and apparently many of us have. And this problem is very simple: Internet addiction, and also buying addiction. Resuming: it is an addiction plain and simple. And as every ...

To lonelagrangre, Hello sir, Besides not liking to be called crazy, I think you've completely missed my point. I agree with you when you say that someone who feels touched by sounds or music is a very lucky person. After all we live in a world where beauty and sensitivity is not often found. Instead ...

Than you to everyone who have replyed to my topic. It is a serious issue really, because besides limiting you creativeness, it holds you in a permanent state of anxiousness for the next "toy". And that anxiousness is intoxicating, is exciting... The element of surprise, the gift (package), arriving ...

ADDICTIVE Gear Shopping vs Making music

Hi everyone, This is a problem I have for a long time: buying gear instead of making music. I'll explain. Back to 1987, when I had a ROLAND D-20 and nothing else(!), I made an album with 9 or 10 tracks of electronic music. I've called it "Digital Look". I even recorded it on a Technics stereo Hi-Fi ...

The clicking sound doesn't go away. I thought about opening the Kronos and lubricating the key little spring but on second thoughts, I called on Korg tecnical support and they told me to bring the keyboard in.
That's what I'll do.

KRONOS 61 metallic spring noise

Hi everyone, My almost new Kronos 61 has two black keys that make a kind of metallic 'spring noise' when you press them and when you release them. I opened the bottom plate, checked everything and all the screws are well tightened. I guess it is related with the little springs that makes the key ...

Help with brand new Kronos 61 key noise

Greetings to all, I've just purchased a Kronos 61 on eBay.uk with just 6 months old (like new), and noticed that 2 black keys, when depressed, make a strange 'metallic' noise, which is annoying when you play them. It doesn't get any better as much as you play. Is there any fix for this problem ...
