Thanks for the info. There is no file extension of any kind. When I try to load it to an open track it says 'illegal SMF data'. Any thoughts of what that means and if that is the dead end?

I have a file with 388k of content but for some reason it's blank and I can't open it up. It's smaller than a folder, more like a blank square (with a little fold in the top right corner) but how do I open it and access the stuff?

I just plugged in my M50 but I have absolutely zero sound playing back (nothing in combi, sequence, etc.). Is it possible I turned something off internally? I've been trying to sync to my DAW and I know my headphones are working fine. Does this need a repair??

How do I then add other instruments to it?

When I save a .sng file or .pcg file are they going directly to the sd card?

What are the exact steps needed to save to the sd card and what are the steps needed to access the sd card?
