change program

In my experience for instance the Triton will transition back and forth between normal and pizzicato strings effortlessly and instantly. The Event Edit technique for changing program on a sequence (as opposed to live controller exclusive events) posted here is valuable. Instructions provided by Korg ...

SEQ Mode banks changes on a track

My experience with the machine is voice/bank changes in Sequence mode within a track are instant and noiseless. I've made changes between voices in less than a thirty second note without error sending bank changes from another controller. The only disruption is the strength between different sounds ...

Can remove exclusive messages in the keyboard

There are many times I have exclusive messages in the midi imported from Musescore 4 such as mixer volume. I see there is no activity on this subject since 2008. Anyone else make any recent purchases so I know it can be bought ...

It's possible to "thin" unnecessary controller and exclusive data independent of note data.

I realize this thread is old, but with the possibility this might help someone else, in combi, the programs are also limited by the mixer volume. When playing back many programs in combi, they cannot all be 127 (max) so individual sounds are going to play back at their relative mixer levels in the ...

Newbie save edits questions

The bits of pages scattered around the Quick Start and Operation Guide as well as what I've read here and elsewhere confuse me concerning several issues regarding saving. I have a Compact Flash in the Triton Extreme drive and I created a directory on it so the keyboard appears to be able to access ...
