Actually I believe the programmers are very willing but the issue is one of funding which is decided by the Japanese HQ. Rob I am all for this. I pay roughly $200 a year "subscription" to Cakewalk for it's Sonar product and have been doing so for years. Would I pay similar to have Korg continue to ...

A Members “Eye View” of the Pakefield Festival Sept 2008
I find this exerpt regarding new styles possibly excouraging. If it's accurate...."with 42 new platinum styles" A Members “Eye View” of the Pakefield Festival Sept 2008 http://www.wersiclub-ukfocus.org.uk/News2.htm "We also sat through the launch of the Version 2 Korg PA2x with 42 new platinum sty ...

The only thing i don't like about M50: no ribbon, only 6 program banks. are the programs in M50 exactly the same as in M3 except for Karma, or are they completely redesigned? Hi Vadim, It's a mixture of both. We did do a lot of conversion of the best M3 Programs and Combis, drawing on everything we ...

Re: 1000v and Pa2x doesn't mix well !
The fateful day was yesterday (Sunday) at an evening performance in a hotel conference room, Pa2x and vocals with harmony in full swing, using a pair of Alesis M1 520 powered speakers. One of the audience decided we needed more lights on, so hit the switch that turned on 60 flourescent lights in ...

Hi Brian, If it would load on the Pa500 why did Korg publish this on their web site? We are hard at work on a new operating system for the Pa2X Pro/Pa800 packed with exciting new features that will make you think it is a whole new keyboard. Based on this, I wouldn't count on it :-) Ahh. I didn't ...

Comparing PA500 to the PA800
Hello to all
I have a friend who is considering an arranger and but he doesn't have the budget for a PA800. I have looked at the specs of the PA500 and compared it to the PA800. I was wondering if the new upcoming OS 2 will also load on this arranger?
thanks
Brian

Hi Greenkidd, it's a great program. I've had it for 2 or 3 days now. I think it's going to be perfect for creating the BIAB midifiles required for the project. Gives a bit more control over the BIAB style tracks generated, than BIAB does. Stil either should be more than adequate. Hey Rob Check this ...

I just installed Sonar LE that comes with my SonicCell and it does not have the problem. It must be some kind of configuration glitch with my Sonar 7 configuration. I will try reinstalling Sonar 7.galettouille wrote:Could Sonar use F5 as a remote control for an internal function?
thanks for your help!

F5 Midi note not being heard in Sonar 7
Hello This is an issue I've been running into lately when recording and can't for the life of me figure it out. I am running Vista 64 and I have my PA800 connected to a MOTU micro lite directly on midi port 2 in/out. I also have a Roland SonicCell connected to midi port 3 in/out on the MOTU. I ...
