1) no demo version at this time
2) it won't run under Linux and WINE - I'll save you the trouble. ;)

I'm not sure why you would want to do that, assuming you mean the factory GEs. The Kronos has the exact same full set of GEs as the M3. No differences. They are identical (albeit in a slightly different order).

Now, if you mean User GE's created with the KARMA M3 version of the software - yes, you can bring them into the KARMA Kronos version of the software.

Congratulations with your big achievement.

I know how much time it costs to make decent software.

Hi Stephen:

Any issues with Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion)? All my computers are running that OS.

Thanks,

As all the information pages state, there is just a single issue: it will not run under Lion. ;)

Apple removed Rosetta from 10.7, so Macs will no longer run PPC compiled software (which all my apps are). KARMA Software runs on Mac OS X 10.3.9 to 10.6.x.

So, in the near future I will be embarking down the path of porting all of my mac software to native intel compilation, which is not a simple procedure, but obviously I have to do it for the software to remain viable on the Mac platform. Unfortunately, this will not happen that quickly, and I understand that will prevent some mac users from being able to run the software, and I apologize for that, but it is what it is. Apple really didn't have to do that...but I won't get into it - there are discussions all over the net. There are also many pieces of software that don't run under Lion yet, as well. Including some well-known music apps. So to anyone who is contemplating moving to Apple's latest, greatest, gotta-have-it-or-the-world-will-end, how-did-I-ever-survive-with-only-10.6 OS update, you may want to wait a bit.
