When i will buy Kronos(now i have doubts) i should check everything 100 times when i will pick up it: keys, sliders, data wheel, buttons, bender, touchscreen, corners, etc.

Make sure you get down and check the keyboard at eye level. The height differences can be missed when looking from a normal playing position because of the perspective.Korgstream wrote:Bruce Lychee, thank you for your photos.

I wonder if Korg had some other factory assemble these or make parts for them after the Tsunami or something? If I remember correctly, the 76-88 keyboards were delayed as well. Why hasnt Korg spoken up about this....weird...as they are usually on top of it! I bet some people have bought them and havent even noticed it.guillex wrote:Also there is this much more intersting post of this issue:

The RH3 keybed is manufactured by Fatar specially for Korg. Korg doesn't have a manufacturing facility for weighted keybeds. Fatar keybeds are a hit or miss. Some work well and others malfunction prematurely.sparkie wrote:I wonder if Korg had some other factory assemble these or make parts for them after the Tsunami or something? Well when I brought it up, Dan stated that Korg isn't aware of any issues with the RH3. Korg USA said the same thing to me. They wouldn't even comment on my pictures outside of saying that I should bring it to a service center and that they will make sure it is fixed to my satisfaction. That was good enough for me, but I do think they must be aware that something is awry.sparkie wrote:I wonder if Korg had some other factory assemble these or make parts for them after the Tsunami or something? Interesting!! Just quickly Google checking Fatar keybeds, it seems they have many issues listed on other name products also, going way back to 2006? I read it looks like they changed the design a few yrs ago to fix some of them. Just guessing, I would say its an alignment and assembly problem myself.runningman67 wrote:The RH3 keybed is manufactured by Fatar specially for Korg. Thought Dan said they were not made by fatar. When I asked they manager at GC if they were made by fatar he actually said, "I wish they were."runningman67 wrote:The RH3 keybed is manufactured by Fatar specially for Korg.
