Dregsor
I have added you to the spreadsheet now but it is not included in the one that jeebustrain has just posted. It was sent to him earlier in the day but your statistic will be in the next update.
The problem I have with multi-fault occurances, such as yours, is that if I add a statistic for each particular problem then the statistics would appear to show more faulty keyboards than there actually are. So, I have to limit a single fault for each keyboard. Hope that makes sense.
My only other option is to allocate say 0.5 to 'keybed noise' and 0.5 to 'muted/blocked keys', so that there is a total of 1 whole statistic (i.e. 1 faulty Kronos). In your case I have shown your stats this way.
In the end it may be more relevant to combine all the various keybed problems together. The way I see it, the fact the keybed has a problem is what is important rather than the specifics.
Would be interested in members views on this.

Just noticed some errors in the summations - this has now been corrected.
Muted/blocked keys total is actually 2, so total of all reported faults should be 8.

Not much reporting going on at the present time. I'll post link to up-dated spreadsheet next week but a quick and dirty summation shown below.
K61- 1 reported 'Problem and 1 reported 'No Problems'
K73- 3 reported 'Problem and 3 reported 'No Problems'
K88- 6 reported 'Problem and 8 reported 'No Problems'
Total 'Problems' reported to-date = 10
Total 'No Problems' reported to-date = 12
Obviously, the problems are a small number if you consider that serial numbers are now over 2000. However, what percentage of Kronos owners actually visit this site and report either way? No way of telling but I would have thought a relatively small percentage.
On runningman67's poll there was also 10 reported problem Kronos. 56 people had no problems and 14 people had bugs they could live with until the software update.

I understand you are French, so your English is much, much better than my French. Can you clarify if your Kronos still has this fault or was it an initial problem that has now been rectified? If it happened very early on in your ownership was it simply a sympton of the 'learning' process?yannthekeys wrote:k88
