K61- 1 reported 'Problem and 1 reported 'No Problems'
K73- 3 reported 'Problem and 3 reported 'No Problems'
K88- 6 reported 'Problem and 8 reported 'No Problems'
Total 'Problems' reported to-date = 10
Total 'No Problems' reported to-date = 12
Obviously, the problems are a small number if you consider that serial numbers are now over 2000. However, what percentage of Kronos owners actually visit this site and report either way? No way of telling but I would have thought a relatively small percentage.
On runningman67's poll there was also 10 reported problem Kronos. 56 people had no problems and 14 people had bugs they could live with until the software update.
Yes, over 2000 Kronos have been sold and this is a reasonable figure.

Owners with defective boards are very likely to complain and look for info.
Google will bring folks here. The fact that the data shows that the defect occurrence is relatively small is a fair conclusion.

I don' t see the purpose of more surveys. It will be nice to see folks post about how to make best use of their Kronos.

I completely agree to this.

As the reported problems have dried up, more or less, the final spreadsheet link will be posted at the end of this week.

You need to format the USB on the Kronos (FAT 32 I beleive) initially, then try again.

Probably on the Kronos you can't make the selection fro FAT 16/32 but that is not necessary. Like cameras and other devices using flash cards, it is always advised to do a (low) formatting on the device itself. Most computer can read/write any format.

I think I just found a clanking key.... but I'm not sure if it's the same thing that others are describing... It's the 2nd Bb from the lower end of the keyboard.....

it only happens when i hit the key pretty hard, but other keys do not make the same sound when I hit them equally as hard.

I heard it OVER the keyboard volume (with the keyboard up about half way on a piano patch...)

I wish I didn't have to fill this one this way. Oh well, here I go:

a) Model 88

b) 301-400 (308 to be exact)

c) High pitched, loud noise coming from the fan, muted keys, a bit of spacing issues between the keys (not affecting playability)

d) Finland (Europe)
Locked
