Korg Triton - Classic 61 key - Workstation

Post by Triton2k12 »

Hi everybody, I recently played a gig with my Korg Triton Classic and unfortunately it took a heavy hit and the power board (KLM-2090) inside cracked, does anybody know where I can get hold of one real quick, I actually need one for a gig this Saturday so i'm looking at a next day/overnight delivery if possible??

I would really appreciate anybodys help with this.

Thanks
Andy

Considering the regular Korg support will be too late (though you could try calling and driving to a support center nearby if possible), you also could try an electronics shop, depending if that bord is really Korg specific or not.

Thanks for the reply but I do believe the power board is specific to the Korg Triton and another synth model forget the name. I am going to have to try and call Korg UK tomorrow as they are only open from 10am to 3pm, I have tried to look for a place to hire a keyboard from but i'm not having any luck I'm afraid.

Hi thanks for the link man, but it looks like they've sold out of most of the stuff and plus the part I want which is KLM-2090 wasn't there, it's the main powewr output board :/ it's looking like i'm gonna have to invest in another keyboard....and soon!! :?

Now's the time to buy a Triton Extreme. You might as well upgrade instead of merely fixing the Classic. The Extreme remains one of the best values for the price, and you'll probably be able to sell it for very little depreciation. The prices for the Extreme have been very stable for the last few years.
