plug-in editor and driver for kronos?

Post by hipNo# »

OK, so I have now downloaded the plug-in editor and driver files from the korg site into my computer's C drive. So...what do I do now? Do I also need to update to the version 1.6? And do I install this version into my kronos via USB port? What benefits can I expect when I finally work out how to use all these files?

I think you need 1.6 for the editor and the benfits of an editor is that you can edit sounds from the pc and used within a DAW.

Yes ( ! ) - successfully installed the plug-in and the usb/midi device into my slate - and soon to download the 1.6 version and work my way through the processes to install it into my kronos. Hey, must tell you all, it's the first computer I have owned in my life and along with the kronos, am constantly amazed at the awesomeness of this technology!
