okey so I have two BOSS FS-5U pedals connected to each other, and I want to connect them to my M50 so that when I press one pedal the program would change up, and on the other one it would go down is that possible? because right now when I connect them I can only make one of them to work

I'm sorry, afaik that is not possible. The reason is that only one controller can be set to either program up OR down, but not more than one.
