M3 not turning on

Shut off the M3 last night, and now it's stuck at the loading screen, where it usually starts loading the piano. The piano on it did stop working yesterday, like it was missing the samples. Anything I can do?

Probably the best to do is contact Korg support.

You might try to upload a new OS but I don't know if that's possible under the M3 condition.

If you don't mind erasing all the data you could try a hard reset.

Turn off the M3, and then turn it on while holding down RESET CONTROLS button and IFX1 and IFX2 buttons on the right at the same time. Be careful, it will erase everything!
