What size SD Card?

Post by hbomb »

Is 1GB the maximum size SD Card you can use for the Korg TR?

Will it not work if you use one greater than 1GB?

Probably all SD cards work and they go till 2 GB.
SDHC I think probably not, neither do SDHX (dont'know if this is spelled right).

Okay...but how come the manual says it can only take up to 1GB?

I have all these sound files that might take up more than 1GB so I might need more than 1GB.

Maybe because at that time 1 GB was the maximum available and thus tested. Korg normally only advises specs for tested material only.

You can try, on the other hand, there always is a chance it might not work. However these cards only cost a few dollars (or lend one to check).
