Not just yes or no, but give a brief explanation of what you want to get out of the editor...Make it EASY fro Korg to build it!!!!
We have RichF from Korg who looks like he has taken an interest here...Let's show Korg we need this...after 10-15 years of Korg arrangers, we REALLY need this software!!!
A function to reassign styles and sounds easier and faster in the songbook for the PA3X. PA2X`s Songbook setup does not match (specially styles). Or even better, if it could read the previous songbook and assign automatically to the PA3X respective styles or suggest similar styles, besides the user and favorite sections obviously. My tangos ended up as Horror Movie style, just imagine something like that on the stage... it would be a horror. LOL
Is there a chart of locations, I did not see anything in the manual as it was the case with the 2X. It is a hell of a work to reassign over 650 songs, by listening to them one by one and try to find out if it matches, and then to find the new style on the PA3X. Yes we can change it in the songbook editor, but one has to still know where the new style is and what is the number (ex.: 16:4)
And an other function in PA3X directly, that would alert the user when deleting a sound or a style for example or moving them to a new location, by showing where and/or how many places (songs, performances) that item is used.

Thank for reading!
Let's keep it to operations of a PC editor only...this is NOT a thread for adding options to the PA3x/Pa2x itself....
Yes we need a pc editor for editing sounds and styles. It would also be nice to have a vst plug in for use in daw combining software/hardware like on korg m3.

What a terrific idea!!! Excellent.
Thanks for making it. I have to say I think it is the first time someone has made this request, and to be honest I don't know why it has not been asked for before..
I want a sound editor software (for all PA-Keyboards, they all are the same)
At least I want to be able to use external MIDI Controllers for sound edit mode.
tassy wrote:I tried out the Pa3X recently and was qiute dissapointed with the "traditional" GM sounds. In my opinion they sounded better on my old i3 than on the Pa3X. I would be anxious to buy a Pa3X if only Korg could improve "those " sounds.
Maybe it can be done in an upgrade?
This thread is ONLY for a PC editor...not general "wishlist"...would you mind removing this post, and posting it one of the wishlist threads?
It would be nice if we could save individual styles on a USB rather than the whole user bank. An ability to find the saved individual styles by their respective names would be easier than opening user bank archives. Please let me know if it is possible currently. I would like to use a PC editor and move all the currently NOT USED styles for future use to more effectively use my keyboard's memory. Thanks.

first a big thank you to korg for giving us such an amazing product as the pa3x. My pa3x is a month old and im really enjoying it.
a few requests here for the upcoming software upgrade.
- Playback of wave files
- Inclusion of shuffle or random mode when selecting play all files(mp3/wav)
i'm sure there'll be a lot more requests coming soon but these are a few that i wish for right now.
