Kronos in action (more)
Here's a video of me with my band in action last Friday. I'm playing my Kronos using one of the new CX3 patches Hush1 and also trumpet. Hope you enjoy! ...Added a couple more links.

Cool, i like that funky kind of brass section
And very challenging to play organ and trumpet at the same time. Well done!
Kronos sounds excellent, as expected

Clarkeo, just a simple question about the loading of the patches: when you upgraded the system and uploaded the organ patches to the Kronos, where did you have to install them? do they take up an entire user bank? can you choose where to put them?
thanks?
thanks?

I installed them in the default which I believe is user Bank G. You can install in any bank though. You can also select individual patches to load and don't have to load them. All. I don't recall the exact procedure but it's in the operations guide.ferchis wrote:Clarkeo, just a simple question about the loading of the patches: when you upgraded the system and uploaded the organ patches to the Kronos, where did you have to install them? do they take up an entire user bank? can you choose where to put them?

Really sounds good! Tight. Effective Hammond sound.Clarkeo wrote:I'm playing my Kronos using one of the new CX3 patches Hush1 and also trumpet. Hope you enjoy!

How do you like the new 2.1 internal rotary speaker sound through the mixer?
So, Clarkeo you've got a trumpet in your left hand; and your right hand comping organ on the Kronos; and with your right foot on the sustain pedal . . . Let's see, that leaves your left foot free to play bass pedals? And how about singing, too?
Anyway, quite impressive!! I'll bet the crowds really like how you guys are playing! Post some more when you can.
Love my Kronos 73. Got it October 2011. March 2016 bought SpaceStation v.3 and Behringer Sub-Woofer.

Haha, I read The Fabulous Shitheads at first. Then I noticed the ® between the i and the t.
Nice and funky live performance. I regularly go to blues/funk/rock evenings at some local pubs where I live and enjoy this a lot.

Here's another Live kronos in action vid.
This was filmed on a wee hand held cam thingy at the Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh Scotland.

Re: Kronos in action
Thanks. I like the grit of that patch it adds a nice punch. Overall, I really like most all of the new organ patches and I think the Leslie sim is an improvement. Definitely the most authentic Hammond clone I've played to date.latnjazfan wrote:Really sounds good! Tight. Actually my right foot was on the volume pedal. I've got a 12 step pedal that I trigger some samples with for my left foot

Ja the bands name is really The Fabulous Shitheads but we go by The Fabulous Shirtheads when we must due to censorship, broadcast standards, etc.Yuma wrote:Haha, I read The Fabulous Shitheads at first. Then I noticed the ® between the i and the t.
