Hi there again all you Krossers. Often on this forum people refer to backing up everything before you do any major changes, in case something goes wrong. Sooo....my question is: In the Kross Editor, when I click on function and then save, if I save in the "All Data (*.KRSall)" format, does that mean it saves everything on the Kross onto my computer, or just the one Program or Combi I happen to be on?
Thanks for all your hard work!!

I don't know by head, but if you use PCG Tools you can load your file and check the contents.

thanks michel, but I use Mac only. Besides, as you can see, my question is regarding the use of the "All Data" format in the Kross Editor when saving, and whether that means all data of the single program/combi I happen to be on or the entire contents of my Kross. I am not interested in inspection of a specific file. I am hoping to get an answer on this soon :?: ....maybe I'm too used to software DAW, where it is easier to lose data via crashing. But regardless, I am nervous about putting hours of time into programming the Kross for paying gigs if I can't do a simple back-up-everything procedure.

Normally a PCG files contains all programs/combis/global/drum kit info. What it does not contain is sample content (so the actual waveforms).

For the rest I'm afraid I cannot answer your question (don't own a Kross myself).
