Where is the how to load new SD card info... Korg has a download with some bass splits that sound like what I need.... How do I get from your website into my Krome?

Here: http://www.korgforums.com/support/krome.htm are some files you can download and transfer to your Krome with an SD card, there are also other sites. Just google Korg Krome PCG.
