I read this elsewhere and just wanted to ask if this is true? On power down it doesn't remember the samples or where in the patterns they are used so on powerup you have to find them manually on the cf card an load them?
Is this correct?
Electribe Sampler doesn't remember samples after power down?

Yes and No. After "export all sample" as volcahelper said, it creates a file on your SD card which is automatically loaded at startup. So no need to find it manually.
You can also load another .all sample file when booted up.
This basically means that the Electribe2's don't have a harddrive. Just RAM and ROM and your SD card is the file storage.

Ah ok well thats not a total dealbreaker. How long does it take to load the sample memory form from scratch to full?
Oh also how does it deal with synthesis with single cycle waveforms?

Set them as loops with the loop point at the beginning, they work pretty well. Pretty much like any other oscilator, except no edit parameter. Mabi transposed the AdventureKid waveforms to C4 (what the electribe 2 sampler is keyed to) and you can find that if you search this forums.TechnoMusic wrote:
