Hello

I would like to know where I can buy the 61 key version less than 3700.00 other than Ebay or private users? Thanks Dai

3700 what?

Everyone assuming its dollars, but could be euro's as well which makes Frank a less likely option...

Overhere in europe/holland cheepest i have seen for the 61 is 3400, dont know how much room is left for negotiations with that price

The thing is, Frank not only has the best price, but product knowledge and the willingness to go through hoops to make sure his customers are taken care of.

I can personally attest to that after buying 4 keyboards from him through the years.

Best price?

Post by ScotteD »

Prices seem to be fixed BUT, I did order mine from Kraft Music as a package. You can buy the 61 for $3700, OR you can buy the 61, AND A BENCH, AND A GIG BAG, and a memory sticker the EXACT same price. They are awesome!
I'm a solo player/singer making another go of it. Looking for help thank you

To keep down the cost of a new synth check out part-exchange options.

I was able to get back about 60% of the cost of my 73 key Kronos in part exchange, which was just over two years old, and they threw in loads of extra styles on a free memory stick for the Pa4 X pro in the UK.

I bought the 61 key model, being the cheapest option.

There is over in the UK a magazine 'Sound on Sound', and I have sold several keyboards and equipment with no commission fees through that, often to pro musicians, and one item to a recording studio on a lightship moored on the River Thames !
Selling keeps the cost of new equipment down.

Costs of synths always come down, it depends on whether you want to wait for that. Arrangers always cost more due to less demand. I saw a second-hand Roland Arranger keyboard at a car boot sale yesterday. It was from a house clearance. They wanted £5 for it, mainly because they didn't have a power lead. It looked really clean.

That keyboard would have cost around £900 - £1000 when new (probably around 1200 dollars !)

Only 60%, overehere in Holland they roughly sell for 70 to 80% of the new price...

I have often bough used parts from about a year old however for a bargain, from people that needed money fast.. and sold them one or two years later for a profit...

In general, i never buy new products..

At Musician's Friends, with coupons I was able to buy the 76 version for 3679 shipped. They have 45 day money back so I can always return if it does not work out for me especially on a high priced item. DP
