I want to start a program from scratch yet I can't find an initialize program feature.
Is this possible?
How to initialize a program?

In PCG Tools you can 'clean' programs/combis, which remove the name and for combis initializes a few values, so if it is used for identifying nonused patches PCG Tools can be used.

Developer of the free PCG file managing application for most Korg workstations: PCG Tools, see https://www.kronoshaven.com/pcgtools/

Unsure if there are any Init PCGs, but you can always reset one Program manually yourself, then save that program bank to your disk (unfortunately you can't save just a single Program).
Then whenever you wish to initialise a Program in future, you can Open the bank via the Load menu, then pick the Program that you initialised, and then select to load that Program (not the whole bank) into a Program slot of your choosing. Care should be taken not to load the whole bank, overwriting your current bank, you just want the initialised Program.
The same could be done to initialise Combis, Drumkits, and also Programs that use Drumkits, which you mentioned in your other thread.
Of course Trinitro or PCG Tools could also do it over MIDI if you have a PC and a MIDI interface. You could initialise as many as you'd like rather than one at a time. Just copy/paste them wherever you want.
