On year in with PA5X - buyer's remorse or room to improve?

Your issue is a malfunctioning Joystick that you have to replace under guarantee , else you will keep on calibrating it every time
internal movable variable resistor will change voltage references accidentally since it's malfunctioning.

Factory calibration always is done after assembling controllers in main board and it's very precise for any healthy controller.

Thanks for the warning...

If it goes out of calibration again anytime soon, then I will have the joystick unit replaced. I made sure not to toiuch anything else in the maintenance menus and didn't dare try to "explore" options.

Since I use mainstage, I can see the actual position in the MIDI signal indicator at the top of the Mainstage screen, so if I see it return to centre with an X axis value of anything other than 64, then I know it's going out of whack again.

(full right is 127, full left is 0, centre is 64)
