DAMAGED OR NOT!=?

Hi , Again, After i Format SSD on pa2x, it,s still searchs for a USB, that conteins some Sample sounds(PROTECTED), So i do not undarstand, The KB worx ok, When Install after SSD reset, Os 2.1 is there, And styles working and so, But the samples are not loading correctly , When load set,
I,m realy pissed, My friends PA2x acsepts the USB and loadds al correctly, BUT MINE not!

I,m on my way to ISTANBUL anyway, and belive me , The dealer in Istanbul is a great person, He will help me , , Couse KORG SCANDINAVIA turned back to me, No help here, And no info anywhere, So I search the sollution in TURKEY!

Posted so mayn topic,s about this issue, NO NOTHING!

Is there aný Earlier OS out there, So i can try and see if it can help?

That's exactly what you're not suppose to do Asena. You probably pissed them off the way you bombarded the forum practically with the same question. Why not just create one thread and keep writing in that, since it's the same topic created by yourself?

hi asena...

you have some problem with me, but i'm in PA800. I was go to dealer and they say i must change my SSD and RAM Sampling.
i do post in forum and send ab email to my dealer. and you know what they say ? thay say it's manufacturing error.
so i live with my flawed Pa 800.

Whats the next step from you now!Just live whit it!I mean is it a Main board problem , Or just the RAM?, Can it be fixed?By who, Must you/We pay for the change?

I wonder what korg will do now.
This is so stuped, I heave gig for so many people, Try to tell them whats wrong!Or we can Ask TANIA, HE may heave an answear!

Hi Asena,

Sorry that with my limited knowledge about the EMO USB I do not know how to fix the problems. I do know that a 3rd party USB is capable of delivering new software that alters the Korg Boot loader algorithm, and I think that is what has happened. Like I keep saying you have to persuade EMO to fix the problem.

I do not think there is a hardware or RAM fault on your keyboard, based on the symptoms you described.

No-one on this forum apart from Korg or EMO can help you bro!

The problem is how do i format the PA2X more than i do, SSD!!!

And even after this it search for the EMO?WHY

Is there any one who can handle this, Or know the problem?And can help, Or the utility from fabriq that can solve the problem, I mean TEST MODE?So i can see if the PA is damaged or not!PLS Anyone Help!

Hi KARMA, How are you, Yes i did the procudure, Maybe 10 times, But hold on now, I think it,s working now,
OK listen guys , I was upsed and this problem made me crazy, Sory if i was to much,

first of al, I dont think the pa is damaged or broken or something, Couse after i triyed again to day, (NEVER GIVE UP) It started like normal, What i did is fallowing, I re downloaded the OS RES 128 mb file , And treyed whit the new downloaded, And for now its working , I ,m not sure if its gonna hold like this, Mean if i can make the gig t nigth!
But so far, Its working, I heave another file, Set file, I did not test yet, I dont Dare, Couse for now the set i heave is ok to the audience, And i dont want to make them angry , So i play this week end , And after i come back from ISTANBUL whit many news we will see, Thank you Al, Thank you rob, And Karma , And al of you guys for yor patient whit me , At this, I,m very sory if i maked up something here, I realy hope that the 128 mb file of KORG os + Res was damaget or so.
So let us hope 4 that!
And c ya all soon , I heave great Styles to give , So untill then See you,

No need to apologize my friend - believe me - I had one of the most frustrating problems with my PA1Xpro - drove me MAD :3devil:

Dear Karma , Belive me i can this units from M1, time goes fast!

But sometimes the smalest things can make U stupid, heheh, But i,m hapy couse i maded so nice 2 HOUSE ELECTRO styles whit great feel, So i realy want to give it away the styles here, First i must Eat some Kebab in Istanbul, And drink some Turkish Cofee, ITS LIKE NEW ASFALT, Hahah, So when i,m back , Then we all will be glad i hope, I even tested the Audya , Only the gitars impressda me , No other things, Still love PA2X , Its a great KB, But there is more that i want from my buck,s Hehehehe, C ya bro !

Asena,

You must ask EMO why your Pa2x still searches for the EMO USB even after the Pa2x has been reformatted and the OS reloaded.

I believe that EMO software has caused a permanent change to the boot loader portion of the SSD and Korg's format utility does not correct it.

What do EMO say about this? Why is there no comment from them?

Sory to disepoint you, But, It,s still damaged, I do not undarstand it bro, Home, 10 test ad it was ok, I toke the pa to GIG and , It wont load the set correcetly, ..
I,m triying evrything, Formatted SSD, And still , nothing, Some times it work ok , Some times not, I dont now whtas wrong, But The pa it self worx fine after SSD forma , and load of the =S plus res, 2.1

So hope i can get info from any one at KORG!Or get a NEW pa2x, They must!They will, They need me , HERE! I sold over 15 KORG KB,s for the company!So they MUST!
