Hi everybody, I have a Korg M50 73, and I am planning to sell it, because I want a Korg Kronos 61.
Is the keybed the same? Korg Semi Weighted natural touch? The description match, but what about the feeling?
The m50 keys, SUCKS!
Current Gear: Nord Stage 2 sw 73 - Clavinet D6 - Kurzweil Artis

Also M50 does not have aftertouch ... and the Kronos is the first keyboard that has really aftertouch you can affect between 0-127 (and not like on/off)
The kronos (& M3) keybed is in a different league. I have allways liked the keybed of my M3 (and the Kronos has the same) and it's the best keybed out there IMO. Good amount of weight (for non-weighted keys) and they are also very quiet (almost silent) compared to other keybed's i have compared it to.
I have tested the M50 briefly and I did not like it at all, but for the price I guess its ok.

As an M50 owner, I can tell you from my auditions of the Kronos 61 they are definitely NOT the same. Personally I think the m50 keybed is GREAT for leads and organs, but the Kronos is luxurious by comparsion. Great feel and quick IMO. Of course, YMMV.
The keybed of the Kronos 61 is the same as the keybed of the M3 61; that is: lesser and cheaper feel than Trinity, Triton and Oasys 76 (which had a FS keybed).
