Emails from notifications problem

I noticed I have 4 mails with notifications about both private messages and topic reply notifications. I only got 1 private message and no topic reply message ... have others similar problems today with their emails about notifications?

I just 16 emails in one batch all for posts made last year!

I also can't edit posts and now I get this error when I do try:

Could not connect to smtp host : 10060 : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

I got this too but after opening a new window it worked again.

However, I just noticed I get the error when sending a private message.

I just noticed the error when posting a reply on the forum:

Could not connect to smtp host : 10060 : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

It looks like the server is overload, but during this time that barely happens and it seems the messages still are posted.

I sent a PM to sharp about it but got the same error, wondering if it was send or not.
