Dark German Grand test-drive -----> music inside

Post by tdwctdwc »

This is one of my compositions that i usually perform on an acoustic piano in all my shows .

Decided to hook it up on a date with the Kronos Dark German Grand A001 and see if they make a good match .

The reason i chose this tune is because it has a lot of dynamics and velocity changes throughout .

Let me know what you think of the match :)

This is beautiful. The Dark German sounds fantastic for this piece.

Really liked it! I think it will sound a bit different on the Japanese grand based on my experience ... I'm guessing softer in the higher registers. Look forward to comparing the 2 versions. :D

Nice 8) Is this layered or only Kronos for piano sound?

Have you tweaked any of the parameters for this recording? It really does sound like a well recorded large grand piano, with plenty of character.
