"X Marks The Spot" contest is live (USA only)

Post by RichF »

Hello all,

Korg USA has a new contest, called "X Marks The Spot," live at www.korg.com/xmarksthespot . One lucky winner will get a free Kronos Music Workstation!

This contest is a little different than ones we've conducted before. Every Thursday for the next seven weeks, we'll reveal a clue, in the form of a riddle. Each one will send you off on a search, much like a scavenger hunt. If you can solve each riddle, you'll be entered for a chance to win.

Please note that the contest is open to USA residents only.

Hope you enjoy it... And good luck!

Thanks,
-Rich

The link is fixed. Must remember not to end URLs with periods. :)

Could you also perhaps put "USA contest" or similar in the thread title to warn the rest of us off, please? I got all unduly excited for a moment there (I'm in the UK).

Got the first clue though. Good luck to all the Yanks. ;)

Timo, I edited the subject line as per your suggestion. Sorry to disappoint!

Analog had always been
monophonic to its chagrin
each sound was solo...
Before a multi-voiced reality
of five times nine plus three
gave history a go...
Legends tell rhymes..
thirty three a hundred times
Multi-voices say "hello"
with every key press
I do regress
Came a sound that would bellow!

What keyboard am I talking about??

You mean as a real building? Don't think so, why should it?

I should've added a "post script" in that rhyme scheme as another clue: "PS... yaddayadda". Ah well... counting the minutes :)
