Need Help.

Post by AldoSanchez77 »

So, today me being a clutz I reset my Trinity with the ENTER + 1 Feature. This was bad because I only intended for the "Programed" settings to reset. Where and how can I reset the sounds on my Trinity? Factory settings, and perhaps a good Grand Piano or similar. Thank You for your help.

Hi Aldo. :)

The factory pre-load sounds can be found here:

http://korg.com/SupportResults.aspx?productid=461

...go halfway down the page, click DOWNLOADS.

This is the location of the official Trinity downloads, so you can get others if you wished.

The file you're after is called "PC:Operating System:Trin_nonV3_pl.exe"

Otherwise try clicking here for the file directly: http://korg.com/uploads/Download/Trin_n ... 770000.exe

Extract the data to a floppy disk to insert into your Trinity, or extract the data to your hard-drive if you wish to retain a copy of them or use Trinitro to transfer them to your Trinity via MIDI.

As mentioned in a previous thread, unless you have the additional PBS-TRI (PlayBack Sampler) hardware expansion board for the Trinity, the Trinity only has one so-called 'multisample' of a piano. You can't change the underlying sample itself, only how the Trinity manipulates that sample, in the way of programming over the top of it.

Did you manage to check out that different Piano patch from the downloads section? http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/ ... 143#481143

Any problems let me know.
