Deep Ambient Space song with the Magical Space QR sound set

Post by QuiRobinez »

In the past i've added a lot of melodic ambient tracks to my channel to show the potential of using a Korg Kronos for that kind of ambient / electronic music. This time i wanted to go deeper and see if the Korg Kronos is also capable of creating Deep Ambient Tracks.

In this song i'm using sounds from my sound set Magical Space and a voice from the Ghost ship QR program to create a deep relaxation track. All Sounds and Effects are created with the Korg Kronos. The Magical Space sound set is created entirely with wave sequences which works really well with this type of music.

For the people that are unfamiliar with deep relaxation music, relaxation tracks are ment to listen to entirely and let your imagination take you on a journey. The sound is just to help you get in a relaxed state and don't contain distracting melodies. For youtube i included visuals with this song. Actually this is a 14 minute remix of the full album which is 2 hours long. There are three songs out of this album in this remix: it starts with an intro track which morphes in some deep dark strings and it ends with some nice chords.

I really love ambient soundscapes. This genre got a major boost in the 90's, with bands like The KLF creating their Space and Chill Out albums.

Nicely created, Qui and good to see another side of the Kronos!
