Do you want PCG Tools for your synth?

Discussion relating to all other KORG synth related products that don’t have a dedicated section. For example, OASYS PCI, M1, N Series, 01W series, T series, and more…

Do you want PCG Tools for your synth?

Post by michelkeijzers »

As most of you already know, I have been building a free software application that serves as a librarian and list generator for a lot of Korg workstations and and synthesizers.

For more information see: http://pcgtools.mkspace.nl

Since there is not that much respons to some older synthesizers, I doubt I should continue spending time to adding more synthesizers.

Therefor I decided to only add a synthesizer (series) when there are a reasonable amount of responses for that synth series.

So in case you like to have PCG Tools for your synth, please let me know, either by adding a reaction her, leaving a facebook message, sending an email or any other way.

I will put the list of reaction counts per synthesizer here so you will know when I will start on adding the support.

No the microKorg is already supported by PCG Tools.

Thanks for notifying me, but I already put your name in the list for the Electribe so one of the seven votes is yours (I found your and some other names in various PCG Tools related threads). :-)

PA600

The PA3X, PA900 & PA600 should be grouped together I think.

The PA2X, PA800 and PA500 would be a group that may or may not be different at the sysex level than the PA3X group. ;-)

Not sure where the PA300 falls in family but think it's in the PA3X group.

It might be but I'm not sure yet ... the PCG files for the arrangers are completely undocumented so I will check it when the total of all arrangers is getting to 100. I already grouped some together.
