Hi,
Anybody has that "Service Manual For Korg Triton Extreme" in PDF format? I'd be glad if somebody email me the file or tell me where to download it. _________________ -Nor.

I need a service manual as well. If you have or when you do run across one, please let me know. _________________ Triton Extreme 88 loaded- Sold!

By service manual, do you mean the one you're not allowed to see unless expressly authorized by Korg (this would be the one for servicing your unit's electronics)? Or do you mean the Operation/Paramater/Whatever guides that shipped with your unit, but in PDF format? _________________ -jojo

This is ridiculus, especially as I don't know of ANY authorized Korg service in my country. |

Stephen, I would be grateful if you sent a scan of key replacement instructions (88-key RH2 version). Thanks.
Best regards,

Please note that you by opening your Triton Extreme for self-repairs, you are voiding any (remaining) warranty you had on the unit. Just fyi. _________________ -jojo

Thanks, but I already opened it to solder TEX MB (damaged potentiometer). However I preffer not to touch action assembly without basic knowledge of it.
Best regards,

Yes! I ordered it from that same link for the same price the same day I posted this topic, I didn't know that korgparts could sell that anyway.
Korg Service Manual for the Triton Extreme:
It comes on a CD in PDF format. Service info, block diagrams, specifications, circuit diagrams, parts list, trouble shooting tips, and much more is included on the disk.
Price: $15.00

What the hell did you do to the potentiometer? I mean how do you screw that up? It's a potentiometer. _________________ -jojo

Jojo, regarding damage - it wasn't me - it was DHL (an european courier). They also damaged the dynamic of C6 key by improper transport of weighed board - there was DHL "TOP" label as well as big caption "TOP" by seller, lots of "FRAGILE" (all I paid for) but they ignored them. I will never use their services again.
Now, the potentiometer was soldered to the mainboard and something(someone) forced it inside, causing disconnection of some pins of a potentiometer. A friend (making a bussiness in electronics) rebuilt the potentiometer very handy (I was astonished of this work) and soldered it again. Now it works, althought I avoid even touching it preventively (don't need in fact).

I attempted to get the repair manual and was denied. I'm simply not going to pay 300$ to repair 3x 5$ parts on a keyboard that realistically has a value of 750$.
They sell all the other triton model repair manuals but not the extreme.... |

I got mine for free by googling it. I'd have to figure out how to let you download it from me. Maybe google drive or something. |

Just google it : triton extreme service manual pdf, maybe you'll get lucky like I did. Just beware of malware. |
